What do you do with that long-held dream tucked inside of your heart? You know, that one you’ve put off for months (even years) now. I’m no stranger to that situation. Listen to the six practices I’m using in real-time as I go for my biggest, most heart-centered goal yet: my Netflix show.

  • How to track your success so that you can document your progress and witness what you’ve done. (Even if it feels like you’re seeing no signs of success on the outside).
