Beth is a restaurant service professional and a proud mom. She loves studying astrology and spending time outside. Now Beth is working towards building and growing into a new adventure in life. (AKA her Saturn return is approaching).

I want to work with restaurant owners seeking a low turnover rate and willing to invest into their staff. Owners who have an open mind, and truly care for the wellness of their employees and need help putting all the pieces into place and building the right structure for them.

How can I market myself and services as confident, authentic, and knowledgeable when I don’t have any formal education to back me up?
Where do I even start? I have an outline of what I want to offer, but how and where do I start looking for clients and promoting my business?
How can I schedule the time to stay consistent with the work even when I’m not getting paid for it yet?
How should I determine my pricing? I don’t want to cut myself short but also want to be realistic, while proving me with enough income.
Restaurants are in an unpredictable place right now, my self doubt is telling me this is not a good time to start up this business. How can I overcoming this and just do the thing?
