About Amanda:
Amanda Warner is a conflict resolution practitioner trained in both mediation and conflict coaching. Different from therapy, conflict coaching is a collaborative process between coach and coachee to discover the skills and techniques needed to handle conflicts in both personal and professional settings. Her soon-to-be-launched website offers one-on-one sessions to tackle everyday challenges with loved ones, colleagues, and friends head-on, with skillful question asking, self-reflection and resilience.
What is she looking to create?
She wants to help young women ages 18-30 needing help asserting themselves at work or in their personal lives. She aims to help them live a more stress-free life and improve the quality of their relationships.
