Are you liberated or are you confined?
I was told that the way I eat could be summed up in one word: strict.
You know what, I feel liberated.
Yeah, you heard me right: LIBERATED.
I feel liberated.
I feel expansive.
I feel free.
Feeling free is how I rule my life.
Freedom is one of my core values and I wear it like a flag. If it ain't gonna make me feel free, I'll say no, decline the invite, and I add it to the list of things that feel "heavy."
How I work, what I teach, and how I live my life is based and rooted in liberation.
It's about letting go of what no longer serves you.
It's about letting go of confinement.
It's about releasing what's holding you back.
It's about dropping the bag of bricks before it gets too heavy.
It's about fueling your body to support your needs. It's about freeing your body from your physical ailments. It's about nourishing you in a way that enables you to strive for your goals, not wallow in saddness over FOMO 'cause you don't have the energy to do it.
So, do you want to be liberated?
