As someone with an autoimmune disease, leaky gut, IBS, Candida, and a handful of severe food allergies, my gut was a total mess and I was left with all sorts of weird symptoms doctors couldn't diagnose.
I was dealing with chronic fatigue, achy joints, insane stomach pains, bloating, day-long headaches, consistent colds, and feeling sub-par became my normal.
As someone who spent 10,000 hours and 10 years of my life trying literally everything (from new age healers to the latest superfood supplement), my healing was the result of a few simple things.
I always thought I'd be finally saved by that medicine man in Bali or with that rare Chinese herb, but it turns out that the simplest stuff made an immense difference. I went from living a half-assed life to fully functional by building an mindset condctive to healing, nourishing with plant-based food, and living toxin free.
